Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine bananas and melted butter.
- Add whisked egg, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt - combine.
- Add gluten free flour - combine, but don’t over mix!
- Stir in chocolate chips if using them.
- Spoon into mini muffin tray, bake for 12 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

*Note - can also be made in regular muffin tin, bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
OR - 8x8 baking pan, bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
