Healthy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic gluten free oats, blended down to flour
  • 2 organic bananas
  • 4 large free range eggs
  • 1/4 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp organic vanilla
  • 1/4 cup organic hemp hearts (optional)
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend gluten free oats in a blender or magic bullet until they are the consistency of flour.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth.
  3. Spoon 2 inch pancakes onto the pan. Cook over medium low heat.
